Independent Dental Solutions (IDS) and the Louisville Dental Society (LDS) are proud to announce their new partnership, and are excited to work together to offer comprehensive support for independent dental practices throughout Louisville and the surrounding communities.
The LDS strives to help build connections – connecting Louisville’s dentists to the community and to one another. This includes community service events including free dental clinic day and free dental screenings throughout the year and the Smile Kentucky! Program, which provides free treatment to elementary children without dental benefits as well as free dental screenings and education at various elementary schools in nearby counties. The LDS also serve as a valuable resource and trusted partner for its members, helping dentists stay informed on the latest industry news, provides access to continuing education programs and other exclusive benefits to help support their practice.
Similarly, Independent Dental Solutions (a free Group Purchasing Organization) was formed in 2017 by independent dentists and supply chain leaders who sought to level the playing field for private dental practices in an industry that increasingly favors DSO’s and other corporate dental groups. IDS offers its members access to significant savings and other benefits by leveraging the collective buying power of its 2,000+ members, to provide independent dentists access to lower pricing on from supplies and capital equipment to lab and other purchased services.
Over the years, both organizations have continued to evolve and offer even more services and support to best meet the needs of their members and the industry. As cost reduction efforts continue to be top-of-mind for most practices, the LDS is proud to offer their members access to IDS’s free supply and equipment program.
