Free dental van
Free Dental Clinic at Fourth Avenue UMC, 9 am; Sojourn Community Church, 10 am;  and Family Community Clinic at St Joseph's Church, 8:00 am in  Louisville.  Dentists and hygienists treating the patients are all volunteers.
Patients: If you would like to be a patient at one clinic, be sure to come early as the ​times to be seen fill up fast.  Go to  to get addresses & directions to clinics. These free dental clinics are for people who do not have any dental benefits.
We see both children and adults. We make appointments for the FCC Clinic only.  Others are walk-ins.
